In Meredith, New Hampshire, the homeowner needed a dependable upgrade from an aging furnace. Accutemp Engineering completed a full residential replacement, installing a Trane high-efficiency furnace to restore reliable comfort and long-term performance.

We began by disconnecting and removing the existing gas piping and furnace, preparing the space for a clean installation. Our team reinstalled the box evaporator coil and fabricated a new gas line, completing all necessary electrical and duct connections to ensure safe, efficient operation. We then set the gas pressure, burned off the heat exchanger, and converted the furnace to a propane configuration. A new thermostat was also installed to provide accurate, responsive control.

After installation, we commissioned the unit by test-firing the furnace, priming the condensate pump, and verifying proper drainage, airflow, and control signals throughout.
